Terms of Service
These Terms apply to global users who access, register for, or use the vBuild website, workspaces, session environment, and related AI-powered building services.
Last updated: 2026-04-12
Welcome to vBuild. vBuild is a conversational programming and automated delivery platform that allows users to direct AI agents to generate, modify, build, preview, and deliver software-related outputs.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting prompts, uploading content, using workspace features, downloading build results, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use vBuild.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern the vBuild website, authentication flows, chat workspace, Web/PDF/Resume workspaces, build and preview features, and related notices, content, and support services.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf and bind that organization to them.
2. Accounts, Eligibility, and Access Security
- You must provide accurate and current account information, including a valid email address or authorized third-party sign-in details.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- You may not bypass verification controls, login limits, anti-abuse protections, or other security measures.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must stop using the service and notify vBuild through official channels promptly.
3. Service Description
- vBuild offers AI-assisted generation, code modification, command orchestration, file writing, build artifact generation, and preview features.
- Different workspace types may expose different inputs, tools, build pipelines, and export formats.
- The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, models, authentication providers, object storage, rendering engines, or other external components.
4. User Content and Limited License
You retain rights in the materials, prompts, uploads, and lawful content you provide or save in your workspace, but you must ensure that you have all rights needed to submit, process, and authorize the use of that content.
To operate the service, maintain reliability, troubleshoot issues, perform security reviews, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, you grant vBuild a non-exclusive, revocable, limited-purpose license to store, transmit, cache, analyze, render, build, back up, and display relevant content as necessary to provide the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or malicious purposes, including distributing malware or compromising systems, accounts, or data.
- You may not attempt to bypass, probe, attack, or misuse session isolation, workspace boundaries, access controls, command restrictions, or monitoring mechanisms.
- You may not upload, submit, or cause the system to process content you are not authorized to use, including unauthorized personal data, trade secrets, or protected materials.
- You may not use the service to generate, distribute, or facilitate conduct that is prohibited by applicable law.
6. AI Output and User Responsibility
- AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-functional, contain traces of third-party content, or otherwise fail to meet your expectations.
- You are responsible for human review, testing, security validation, copyright review, and legal compliance before you publish, deploy, distribute, or rely on any output in production or public contexts.
- vBuild does not guarantee that any AI output is accurate, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, non-infringing, or continuously available.
7. Monitoring, Risk Control, and Enforcement
To protect the platform, users, and third parties, comply with legal obligations, investigate misuse, respond to complaints, and enforce platform rules, vBuild may log, monitor, automatically analyze, or manually review account activity, sign-in events, request metadata, workspace operation logs, build and preview events, error reports, and other security signals related to the service.
For baseline site analytics, vBuild uses an anonymized model: we do not collect non-essential cookies by default and do not perform cross-site tracking. Analytics identifiers are generated from anonymized visitor and session keys and are used only for in-site traffic analysis, reliability optimization, and security governance.
Where required for legal compliance, regulatory response, law enforcement requests, court orders, dispute handling, IP complaints, security incident response, or material risk mitigation, vBuild may preserve, use, or disclose relevant records and may restrict access, freeze activity, remove content, or terminate service access.
8. Third-Party Services
vBuild may integrate third-party authentication, foundation models, cloud services, object storage, email providers, analytics, or security tools. Their availability, policies, and terms may apply independently.
If you use Google sign-in or another third-party capability, you must also comply with the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
- vBuild and its website, interfaces, branding, platform design, system documentation, and non-user proprietary content are owned by vBuild or its licensors.
- Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build derivative services based on vBuild.
- If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, you may submit a notice through official channels and vBuild may process it under applicable procedures.
10. Suspension and Termination
- vBuild may suspend, restrict, or terminate some or all access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, impair system stability, trigger a lawful complaint, or otherwise create conditions that require protection of the platform or third parties.
- You may stop using the service at any time, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility, permitted use, dispute handling, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vBuild does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, timely delivery, data preservation, or ongoing availability of generated outputs, build results, or third-party dependencies.
You understand that internet services, AI systems, and cross-border infrastructure inherently involve variability, compatibility issues, and operational uncertainty.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or replacement costs.
To the extent permitted by law, vBuild's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to vBuild for the relevant service during a reasonable period before the event giving rise to the claim; if no fees were paid, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
vBuild may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal or regulatory requirements, security needs, or business adjustments. Updated Terms become effective when posted, and material changes may also be communicated through in-product notices, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of establishment of the vBuild operating entity, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to a court or arbitral body with proper jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires a different dispute mechanism.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that mandatory law will prevail to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
